Roles & Responsibilities :

Open for East , West and South Region

Help with Solution architecture, proof of concept / prototype design, database design, and report testing.
Responsible for data analysis and developing reporting specs, developing reports, and developing dashboards and writing complex SQL queries.
Work closely with business users to create reports / dashboards using Tableau.
Collect data from various data sources , refine, and prepare data for analytics and visualization and normalize it.
Define access controls and implement security measures whenever required.
Apply algorithms and statistical methods to obtain answers from data.
Create Prompts, Calculated Fields, customize Calculations, Conditions and Filter (Local, Global) for various analytical reports and dashboards.
Effectively use data blending, filters, actions, Hierarchies feature in Tableau.
Work on Level of detail expressions and Table Calculations.
Conduct unit tests and develop database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues.
Experience in creating user groups, and scheduled instances for reports in Tableau.
Build, publish customized interactive reports and dashboards on Tableau server.
Actively manage the performance and usability of Tableau to get the desired result.
Proven experience in developing and working Tableau driven dashboards, analytics.
Ability to query and display large data sets while maximizing the performance of workbook.
Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements to technical specifications.
Working knowledge of Tableau administrator / architecture.
Advanced Tableau development skills required.
High-level competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.).
Understanding of advanced calculations and statistical functions.

End-to-End BI Implementation : Manage the full BI lifecycle from data modelling and report building to delivery and post-implementation support.

Tableau Development : Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports in Tableau.

SQL Expertise : Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Business Knowledge : Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide actionable insights through BI solutions.

Cross-Tool Integration : Experience with other BI tools such asPower BIorQlik Senseis an added advantage.

Qualifications :

6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, focusing on Tableau development and SQL, you consistently deliver impactful BI solutions.

A strong understanding of data visualization best practices and BI architecture ensures that your dashboards and reports are both visually compelling and highly functional.

Experience in implementing BI solutions for complex business scenarios, you solve real-world challenges through data-driven insights.
