Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Compliance Specialist based in Pune. The Legal Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, managing compliance programs, and conducting risk assessments. Daily tasks include reviewing policies, monitoring evolving regulations, providing legal guidance, and coordinating compliance audits. The role involves proactive collaboration across teams to uphold regulatory standards and mitigate compliance risks.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law, Legal Compliance, and Regulatory Compliance
• Experience in Compliance Management and understanding of compliance programs
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess risks and identify gaps in compliance processes
• Effective communication abilities for cross-team collaboration
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic regulatory environment
• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Knowledge of compliance tools and platforms is a plus
• Previous experience in a legal or regulatory role within corporate settings is advantageous
