Business Development Leader
About the role
This business development leader drives new sales growth across key markets, focusing on corporate event catering. The position is aligned with the strategic revenue objectives of the Corporate Services division and operates as an individual contributor driving large-ticket event sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate event catering PAN India
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless event execution.
- Negotiate favorable contractual terms and close deals to meet revenue and profit targets.
- Conduct in-depth client needs analysis and craft tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop optimal solutions and bid P&Ls.
- Ensure compliance with approval processes for high-value deals.
- Maintain detailed account insights and forecasting inputs.
Requirements :
Graduate degree in any discipline - MBAs preferable with 10+ years of experience in corporate event sales.Working experience in Pune marketAbility to connect at the CXO level to sell complex dealsWell-versed with technology and computing skillsAbility to work independently with strong influencing skillsGood in numbers with an eye for detail
