Role Overview :
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our BFSI recruitment practice. The candidate will develop and maintain relationships with banks, insurance companies, NBFCs, and fintech firms to deliver high-quality staffing solutions across junior to leadership levels.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive new client acquisition in Banking, Insurance, NBFC & Fintech sectors.Build and manage client relationships with CHROs, Talent Heads, and HR managers.Pitch recruitment services for roles in sales, operations, compliance, risk, finance, technology, and leadership.Negotiate commercials, contracts, and service-level agreements.Ensure timely delivery of mandates in coordination with recruitment teams.Keep track of regulatory changes, fintech trends, and BFSI hiring demands.Meet and exceed defined sales & revenue targets.Skills & Competencies :
Strong understanding of BFSI sector and its hiring needs.Existing corporate network within banks / financial institutions.Proven track record in recruitment / staffing sales.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills.Qualification :
Graduate / MBA (Finance, Marketing, or HR preferred).4–8 years in BFSI recruitment or staffing business development.Regards,
