Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer / Senior Relationship Officer (RO / SRO) located in New Delhi. The RO / SRO will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities, offering tailored insurance solutions to clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks also include conducting sales presentations, handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information about insurance products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with the sales team and reporting on sales performance and market feedback.
