Job Title : Growth Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who specializes in user-generated content (UGC), influencer marketing, and short-form video content to accelerate brand awareness and customer acquisition.
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute growth strategies centered around authentic UGC and influencer-driven short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.). You will lead content ideation, influencer collaborations, and campaign execution to drive engagement, brand loyalty, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing growth marketing strategies focused on UGC and influencer marketing content.
- Collaborating with influencers, creators, and community members to generate authentic user-generated content.
- Leading short-form content creation initiatives, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, etc.
- Managing influencer relationships and campaigns from ideation through execution and analysis.
- Coordinating with creative and social teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful storytelling.
- Analyzing content performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum growth and ROI.
- Identifying emerging content trends and platform features to keep the brand ahead of the curve
- Building and engaging communities through consistent interaction, comments, and responses.
- Tracking and analyzing social media growth (followers, engagement, reach) and sharing insights for improvement.
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing social media for brands, preferably from mobile application based companies (consumer tech, fintech, entertainment, gaming, etc.).Proven expertise in creating short form content in collaboration with influencers, UGC content creatorsCreative mindset with the ability to spot and adapt trends quicklyBasic knowledge of design and editing tools (Canva, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or ability to coordinate with creative teams).Strong communication and storytelling skills.Track record of building communities and increasing engagement organically.If you are a content creator yourself, it is a plus.
