Job Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT & Non-IT Hiring

About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven expertise in IT or Non-IT hiring. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse sectors including Manufacturing, Education, Construction, and Renewables. You will be responsible for full-spectrum TA ownership and ramp-up execution across client mandates and functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across multiple industries
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for niche and hard-to-fill positions
• Drive hiring for business enabler functions such as HR, Sales, and Finance
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality and compliance standards
