The opportunity

We are looking for a Manager with expertise in delivering HR Mergers and Acquisitions / HR Transactions Projects to join the People Consulting team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organization whilst being instrumental in the growth of the People Consulting team.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support the HR Transactions PMO by overseeing project governance managing milestone tracking coordinating with global stakeholders and ensuring timely high-quality delivery across HR Transactions emphasizing on post-merger integrations spin-offs and carve-outs
• Lead and support end-to-end delivery for global transaction assignments across multiple time-zones
• Manage and grow the HR M&A consulting services capability within the business develop strong relations with global practices
• Support account teams in expanding existing client relationships through cross-selling and upselling of related services
• Achieve metrics on productivity utilization headcount growth and penetration for the team
• Support leadership in developing / growing the practice support in demand generation for learning projects in collaboration with EY global offices and contribute to global thought leadership on EYs service offerings
• Drive proposal development client pursuits and RFP responses in collaboration with global teams contributing to business growth and strategic positioning
