EY- GDS India People Consulting HR Transformation Senior Consultant

The opportunity

We are looking for Senior Consultant with expertise in HR Transformation (GCC / SSC) to join the People Consulting team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in the growth of the People Consulting team.

Your key responsibilities :

• Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement and developing strategic plans to drive transformation
• Create a compelling business case outlining the financial feasibility and benefits of the GCC / SSC model including cost-saving projections and efficiency gains
• Define KPIs and SLAs to measure and track the effectiveness of shared services and GBS / GCC operations
• Functional knowledge and expertise in Core HRIS system such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors Ceridian Dayforce ServiceNow etc.
• Build trusted relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and their objectives achieved
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute transformation initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
• Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders at all levels of the organization facilitating change management and supporting decision-making
• Hands -on experience in reporting and data analysis i.e FTE analysis SLA monitoring etc.
• Mentor and develop juniors fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and high performance
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform and enhance the transformation strategy
