• Develop and maintain detailed migration plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure data integrity and accuracy during and after migration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PACS migration, including data mapping, DICOM conformance, and network connectivity.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to configure and optimize PACS systems for optimal performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new PACS functionalities and workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PACS migration and data management.
• Adhere to data security and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) throughout the migration process.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on migration progress.
