We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) with fluency in Telugu and Kannada to join an EdTech company in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to build relationships and guide students. This role involves developing sales strategies, pitching programs, and converting leads to meet sales quotas.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to develop and refine the sales strategy .
- Provide sound advice to potential and existing customers.
- Craft compelling sales pitches and convert warmer leads into customers.
- Understand the AccioJob program and effectively pitch it to registered users.
- Motivate and guide students through interactions.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with students.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
Skills Required
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role, ideally within the EdTech industry .Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Telugu and Kannada .A strong ability to build networks and relationships.Good and tactful negotiation skills.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.The ability to be a quick learner and take ownership of your work.An optimistic, resilient, and open-minded attitude.A Graduate or Postgraduate degree.Skills Required
