Talent Acquisition Analyst / Specialist - IT Recruitment

Job descriptionFull life cycle (End-To-End) recruitment. Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals, Internal Database, Mass Mailing, Referencing, competition mapping, headhunting etc. Screening (telephonic & F2F) candidates as per the JD & JS. Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization and benefits. Scheduling interviews, offer negotiation and pre-offer formalities. Coordinating and follow up with the candidates till they are on board.
Skills & experience required :
- Minimum 6 months experience in hiring and recruitment.
- Must have done end-to-end recruitment from sourcing till onboarding.
- Must be quick and focused while at the same time not compromising the quality of candidates sourced.
- Must be fluent in English communication.
- Experience in using Internet / google / LinkedIn / mass mailing / other social networks.
