Mission

As an Omni Sport Leader for Running, your role is to ensure you cater to-

a) My Layout- I provide the best OMNI commercial layouts for my customers, thanks to my local creativity & manage my stock.

b) My Customers- I give the best advice to my sport users and provide a top-notch in-store shopping experience, lead a community of runners who can practice running, organize workshops and events for my users to practice their sports

c) My Business- I manage the business of my perimeter, analyze and provide opportunities for my sport to grow.

Decathlon heavily invests in the development of teammates so that those who want to build careers within the business can flourish within their roles.

• I greet, smile, and engage with customers to understand their needs.
• I utilize an omnichannel medium to sell products and services that fulfill customers' needs.
• When customers are in-store, I assist them in expanding their choices through digital channels.
• I ensure that I am up to date with Decathlon's products, services, and offers across all channels.

I ensure the best in the class offer, display, and availability for my sport.

I Develop my sports' local omnichannel performance.

Preserve our resources through site management and our societal impact (eco-mobility, waste disposal management)
