Job Description : SAP Net New Business Development Manager
Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and driven SAP Net New Business Development Manager with 4 to 7 years of SAP experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities by promoting SAP solutions and services. This role requires strong SAP domain knowledge, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategies to generate net new business opportunities in the SAP domain.
Identify and engage prospective clients, focusing on expanding the company’s SAP customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with CXO’s level key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Conduct high-level presentations and demonstrations of SAP solutions to prospects.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to create customized proposals.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Keep abreast of SAP industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates.
Required Qualifications :
4 to 7 years of experience in SAP sales, business development, or related roles.
Deep understanding of SAP products and services (e.g., SAP S / 4 HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud).
Proven track record in generating new business and meeting sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working in a consulting or IT services environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Existing network within the SAP ecosystem.
