Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Cum HR Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The Admin Cum HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, handling employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the role includes assisting in payroll processing, organizing company events and meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications

• Skills in administrative tasks, managing employee records, and office management
• Experience in coordinating recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Knowledge of payroll processing and compliance with company policies
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the elevator industry is a plus
