About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and driven

Non-Tech Recruiter

to join our Talent Acquisition team in

Kota . The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across various departments including content, academics, operations, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for non-tech roles

Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders

Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate data

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements

Requirements :

1–3 years of recruitment experience (non-tech preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines

Prior experience in an EdTech or fast-paced environment is a plus
