About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Support Consultant to join our Enterprise Applications Cloud ERP practice at Datavail. The role involves providing end-to-end functional support for Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, ensuring smooth business operations across Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management. The ideal candidate will be adept at working in high-performance global environments, managing complex business requirements, and supporting critical production systems during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Functional Support & Issue Resolution :

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle SCM Cloud modules, including Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management (OM).
• Analyze and resolve user tickets related to functional, data, or configuration issues.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reconciliations.
• Perform regression and patch testing to validate Oracle Cloud updates and ensure system stability post-deployment.
• Coordinate with technical teams for debugging issues that require development or integration intervention.
