Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing new store launches and retail expansion projects from site acquisition to store handover. Ensures timely delivery, cost optimization, and adherence to brand design & quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of new store opening projects (Layout → BOQ → Execution → Handover).
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Procurement, Operations, and Finance) to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Work with vendors, contractors, and consultants for project execution and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare project timelines, budgets, and cost estimations; track project progress vs. schedule.
- Ensure quality control during construction, fixtures, signage, and store fit-outs.
- Evaluate site feasibility, store layout efficiency, and space planning as per brand guidelines.
- Track project expenditures and ensure cost optimization.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and present updates to leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (preferred).3–10 years of experience in Retail Rollout / Expansion / Fit-Out Projects .Experience in Retail, QSR, F&B, Apparel, Furniture, Real Estate, or multi-location expansion is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD , and project tracking tools.
