The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring smooth front-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a positive and professional demeanor
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them appropriately
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams for office upkeep
- Support HR and Admin teams with onboarding and event coordination
Requirements
