We are actively hiring for an Account Manager for Hyderabad location

Role Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships in the recruitment and staffing domain. This role requires a balance of client management, business development ( adding POC’s only to an existing client mapped to the Account Manager ), and coordination with delivery teams to ensure successful fulfilment of hiring requirements while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with TA teams and hiring managers.
• Understand clients’ hiring needs, business culture, and market positioning.
• Conduct regular client meetings / reviews to assess satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
