We are looking for a dynamic and strategic person to lead, scale, and manage our one of our large vertical. The ideal leader should bring in a strong business mindset, deep understanding of the staffing ecosystem, proven experience in driving revenue, and the ability to build high-performing teams.
Key Requirements
- 15–18 years of experience in Staffing / Recruitment.
- Proven track record in P&L ownership, revenue growth, and business scaling.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large teams.
- Excellent client relationship skills and experience with enterprise accounts.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
- Understanding of hiring across industry in non-IT domains would be an added advantage
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
