Job Role : Corporate Credit Analyst – Trainee

Location : Onsite – Bagmane Solarium City, Kundalahalli Colony, Brooke field, Bangalore

Shift : General

Preferred Joining : Immediate Joiner

Eligibility Criteria :

Freshers with the following qualifications :

CA Qualified OR

CFA Level 1 / 2 / 3 cleared

Graduation in Commerce, Economics, or Engineering

Mandatory : Minimum 3 years of Articleship experience

Proficient in MS Excel and Word

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare financial spreads and conduct financial analysis of corporate clients

Support credit paper preparation and annual / quarterly portfolio reviews

Identify key credit risks and propose mitigants

Recommend updated ratings and LGDs for corporate transactions

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Portfolio, Origination teams)

Maintain and prepare internal management reports

Expectations from Candidates :

Strong understanding of financial statement evaluation , credit ratios , and credit analysis

Ability to conduct basic financial analysis and comment on the credit profile of corporate entities

Identify top 3 risks and mitigants for a credit case

Be prepared to discuss what additional information would be required to complete a full credit analysis

Preferred Qualifications :

CA Qualified or CFA Level 2 / 3

Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields preferred

Excellent command of English (verbal & written); Mandarin is a plus

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
