Job description :
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to provide comprehensive IT support to our distributed teams across India, the UK, and the Philippines. The role is for a UK based Property management company. This role combines technical support, system administration, and management reporting to ensure seamless operations across all our locations.
Key Responsibilities :
IT Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide first and second-line IT support to remote teams across India, UK, and Philippines via phone, email, and remote desktop tools
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues in a timely manner
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols across all platforms
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs and replacements
- Maintain accurate documentation of all IT issues, solutions, and system configurations
Microsoft 365 Administration
Manage and administer Microsoft Office 365 environment including user accounts, licenses, and security settingsConfigure and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint, One Drive, and Microsoft TeamsMonitor system performance and implement security best practicesHandle mailbox management, distribution lists, and email flow configurationsProvide training and guidance to staff on Microsoft 365 applications and featuresZoho One Management (Preferred)
Administer Zoho One suite of applications including CRM, Projects, Desk, People, Books, and other modulesConfigure workflows, automations, and integrations within the Zoho ecosystemManage user access, roles, and permissions across Zoho applicationsProvide support and training to teams on effective use of Zoho productsGenerate reports and analytics from Zoho applications as requiredIn case candidate doesn’t have zoho knowledge, he / she can be trained for the same.Productivity Monitoring & Reporting
Create and maintain daily productivity reports for management reviewMonitor team activity and system usage across various platformsDevelop dashboards and automated reports to track key performance metricsAnalyse productivity data and provide insights to help management make informed decisionsImplement and manage time tracking and productivity monitoring toolsManagement & Administrative Support
Assist management with technical presentations, reports, and documentationSupport digital transformation initiatives and process improvement projectsCoordinate IT-related purchases, renewals, and budget trackingMaintain IT asset inventory and manage software licensesParticipate in IT policy development and implementationProvide technical support for management meetings and presentationAI awareness and Training Support
Aware team for utilizatin of AI in theiir day to day supportTrain Team for AI utilizationIntegrate AI with web applications being used by companyDeal with vendors for AI integratin with different applicaoitns being used by company in its operationsAny other tasks to leverage use of AI to company's oprationsSupport digital transformation initiatives and process improvement projectsCoordinate IT-related purchases, renewRequired Qualifications :
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field2-4 years of experience in IT support role, preferably in a multi-location environmentExperience supporting remote teams across different time zonesTechnical Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration and management consoleProficiency in Windows operating systems and Active DirectoryUnderstanding of networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systemsKnowledge of data backup and recovery proceduresFamiliarity with cybersecurity best practicesPreferred Skills
Hands-on experience with Zoho One suite of applications (Preferred)Knowledge of productivity monitoring and reporting toolsExperience with cloud-based collaboration platformsBasic understanding of scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automationFamiliarity with UK and international data protection regulations (GDPR)Working Hours
Standard working hours : Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays 1.00 pm to 10.30 pm during Summer and 2.00 pm to 1130 pm during winters. Alternate Saturdays it will be 6 hours shift only.Occasional out-of-hours support may be required for critical issuesOn-call availability during certain periodsWhat We Offer
