Digital Marketing Executive

What will you do

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive and will support and drive both online and offline marketing initiatives. The role involves executing brand-building activities, managing digital platforms, coordinating with vendors and agencies, and contributing to marketing campaigns and events.

Job Responsibilities :

Assist and implement offline and online marketing activities which will include brand management, PR, Digital Marketing, and website management.

Coordinating with vendors for various ongoing projects.

Monitor and manage social Media platforms with regards to brand and product.

Conduct market research of peers and competitors supporting team to build marketing strategies and to identify industry best practices.

Coordination with other departments to collate and understand the marketing requirements and share it further to respective stakeholder (internal or external)

Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including website content, blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials.

Manage email database and publish marketing newsletters.

Manage and publish WhatsApp marketing, in-app rewards / voucher processing and post campaign operations.

Assist in annual marketing events such as fintech fest and webinars.

Collaborate and coordinate with agencies for various marketing projects.

What are we looking for :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Hands-on experience with WordPress for website management.

Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC).

Familiarity with WhatsApp for Business and Email Marketing Tools (e.g., Brevo).

Exposure to AI tools for marketing.

Good-to-have : Basic knowledge of Figma for design collaboration.

Education Qualification – bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Experience - 1 to 3 years,

Industry - IT / Software / BFSI / Banking / Fintech

Work arrangement – 5 days working

Location – Mumbai
