We’re a D2C powerhouse scaling across India with a strong digital presence. Performance marketing is the engine behind our growth — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to take the wheel.
This is not a “push buttons” role. You’ll be strategising, experimenting, analysing and scaling campaigns that directly move revenue, while working closely with founders and senior leadership.
What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
- Own the performance funnel end-to-end – plan, launch and continuously optimise high-impact campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) .
- Manage sizeable ad spends (₹XX–₹XX lakhs / month) with complete accountability for ROAS , CPA and other growth KPIs.
- Conduct deep data dives on campaign performance, turning dashboards and cohort reports into actionable insights.
- Design and execute sophisticated audience strategies – segmentation, remarketing, lookalikes, and custom intent audiences that actually convert.
- Experiment relentlessly with creatives, ad formats, copy, landing pages and bid strategies to unlock new growth.
- Maintain always-on performance – proactively monitor and troubleshoot so key campaigns never go dark.
- Coach and guide junior associates – set priorities, review their execution, and provide structured feedback to raise the team’s bar.
- Work closely with founders and functional heads on scaling strategies, testing new channels (think Pinterest, Snapchat, affiliate, influencer amplification), and feeding learnings back into the brand’s growth engine.
- Take full ownership of results – identify when something’s off, act fast, and deliver corrective action plans.

Deep expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign planning, optimisation and reporting.Advanced understanding of audience segmentation , remarketing , conversion tracking and attribution models.Proven success managing large ad budgets for performance-driven outcomes in a D2C environment.Strong data analysis chops – can turn numbers into stories, dashboards into decisions.Leadership ability – comfortable delegating, reviewing and mentoring junior associates.Ownership mindset – you treat budgets and campaigns as your own business.Problem-solver under pressure – decisive, adaptable and quick to respond when metrics shift.Excellent communication & stakeholder management – can clearly explain insights and recommendations to non-marketers.Traits We Value
