We are rapidly growing our operations, quality, and range of service for our guests coming here for wellness / meditation.

Role :

Effectively communicate about the meditation and wellness courses offered at the resort to facilitate bookings.

Achieve significant growth in annual sales revenue for the resort

Build / lead / nurture a strong team to deliver results sustainably.

Responsibilities :

Ensure the guest profile is consistent with the values of Osho Himalayas.

Diversify the guest base - Increase substantially the contribution of international guests

Work towards reducing reliance on seasonal / short-term guests.

Ensure team hiring, training, and delivery are consistent with the long-term goals.

Put in place systems and controls in the sales process to improve guest experience and cost efficiency.

Actively help in automating the processes.

At least 5 years of experience in inside sales, D2C, and have led a sales team

Pay range : INR 50,000 - 80,000 per month.
