Architect / Senior Architect

Develop architecture and design artifacts for projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards. Lead POCs for complex modules, demonstrating feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions. Identify technical issues and risks and define mitigation approaches to address them effectively. Participate in architecture governance reviews such as the Architecture Review Board (ARB), providing insights and recommendations for architectural decisions. Work closely with technical teams and business partners / specialists to ensure successful project delivery, fostering collaboration and communication. Contribute to Service Offering Initiatives through thought leadership, proposing innovative solutions and approaches. Actively contribute to Open Source projects, sharing expertise and collaborating with the community to drive innovation. Assist in designing and implementing solutions, working on architectural frameworks, and contributing to design decisions under guidance.
