Architectural Visionary :

  • Define and drive the overall technical architecture for our cloud-agnostic / cloud-native SaaS platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and performance are at the core of our product.

Hands-On Technology Leader :

  • Dive deep into the technology stack, providing hands-on guidance and expertise across Java, J2EE frameworks (Spring, etc.), microservices, and cutting-edge technologies. Your ability to not just design but also implement and troubleshoot is paramount.

    • Full-Stack Mastery :

  • Leverage your extensive full-stack development experience to understand and contribute to all layers of the application, from front-end (ReactJS, React Native - a significant plus!) to back-end and everything in between.

    • Best Practices & Design Guru :

  • Champion and enforce software development best practices, design patterns, architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven), and integration patterns to ensure code quality, maintainability, and extensibility.

    • Cloud-Native Pioneer :

  • Architect solutions with a strong understanding of cloud-native principles, enabling seamless deployment and operation across various cloud environments.

    • Infrastructure & Capacity Planning Expert :

  • Demonstrate a solid grasp of infrastructure considerations, including capacity planning, to ensure our platform can handle the demands of enterprise-scale clients.

    • Security & Performance Advocate :

  • Embed security and performance considerations into the architectural design, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and bottlenecks.

    • Team Empowerment & Guidance :

  • Mentor and guide development teams on day-to-day technical challenges, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

    • Messaging Infrastructure Architect :

  • Design and implement robust and scalable messaging infrastructure to support seamless communication and data flow within our platform.

    • Enterprise-Scale Solution Builder :

  • Architect and deliver highly scalable enterprise-grade products with a proven track record of hands-on experience in building resilient and performant systems.

    • Code Review Authority :

  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.

    • AI / ML Innovation Driver :

  • Explore and integrate AI / ML technologies to address key business needs, including the ability to build and deploy relevant machine learning models.

    • Technology Evangelist :

  • Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and evaluate their potential application to our product roadmap, driving innovation and maintaining our competitive edge.

    • Significant Advantage :

  • Proven hands-on expertise with legacy technologies like Struts 1.2 and EJB 3 will be a significant advantage, demonstrating an understanding of migration and modernization strategies.

    • Key Differentiator :

  • Holding TOGAF certification or any Cloud Solution Architect certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) will be considered a key differentiator and a strong indication of advanced architectural knowledge and best practices.

    • What You Bring to the Table :

  • A minimum of 15-18 years of comprehensive experience in full-stack architecture and development.
  • Deep and demonstrable hands-on expertise in Java, J2EE frameworks (especially Spring), NodeJS and microservices architecture.
  • Significant experience with front-end technologies, with proficiency in ReactJS and React Native being a strong plus.
  • A strong understanding of cloud-native and cloud-agnostic architectural principles.
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable and secure enterprise-level SaaS products.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure, capacity planning, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to effectively guide and mentor development teams.
  • Experience in setting up and managing messaging infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with code reviews and ensuring code quality.
  • A strong interest and understanding of AI / ML technologies and their potential business applications.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • (Preferred) Proven hands-on expertise with Struts 1.2 and EJB 3.
  • (Highly Desirable) TOGAF certification or Cloud Solution Architect certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
