Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with air ticket booking, hotel booking, tour package booking, visa processing, and travel insurance issuance. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the travel industry and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist clients with air ticket booking, hotel booking, tour package booking, visa processing, and travel insurance issuance.

Provide exceptional customer service by answering clients' inquiries and resolving any issues related to their travel arrangements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of travel products, services, and trends.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other industry professionals.

Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications :

At least 3 years of experience in the travel industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.

Knowledge of visa processing and travel insurance issuance.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism or a related field is preferred.
