Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Travel Consultant, located in Lucknow. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel inquiries, designing personalized itineraries, arranging reservations, and coordinating travel logistics. The role also involves adhering to client preferences, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth execution of travel plans.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and designing tailored travel itineraries
• Experience in Travel Management and handling all aspects of travel arrangements
• Strong skills in Customer Service and managing client relationships with a focus on satisfaction
• Knowledge of Reservations and booking systems to ensure seamless travel plans
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and familiarity with the travel industry's best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
