Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound & outbound calls for flight bookings and travel queries. Convert leads into confirmed bookings with customized travel solutions. Upsell additional services like hotel bookings, travel insurance, etc. Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Requirements : Experience : Minimum 6 months to 2 years in international travel sales only. Prior exposure to the US travel process is a strong advantage. Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo). Strong communication and persuasive selling skills. Comfortable with night shift (USA timing). Immediate Joiners Only.
