Project Management
Work closely with the Account Management Team to ensure that briefs and scopes are understood by the creative team and that the final deliveries match customer expectations.
Take full ownership of the project lifecycle and manage assigned projects within Brand Studio, from estimation to delivery.
Review key project inputs such as briefs, scope documents, and other relevant details to develop a solid project plan that ensures timely and within-budget delivery.
Regularly review and manage team capacity, allocating work to maintain a healthy and manageable pipeline. Proactively flag any capacity risks before they become critical.
Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and with external partners and vendors for outsourced jobs.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to develop accurate, realistic timelines and estimates, ensuring they are clear and error-free.
Monitor and maintain project schedules and budgets, adjusting timelines when needed, and flag any deviations without delay.
Proactively monitor the status of projects and handle schedules and timelines across all assigned projects.
Quality Management
Ensure technically high-quality output in all material produced and services provided.
Obtain required signoff from Creative Managers before submission of final deliverables.
Financial Management
Ensure timely and efficient use of resources within established budgets (estimates).
Manage project budgets and expenses, ensure all projects are billing-ready with accurate amounts, and actively participate in the monthly invoicing process.
Administration and Processes
Follow structured processes to consistently create high-quality and relevant communication solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Maintain communication with appropriate agencies, partners, and client personnel to ensure assigned work is handled in a positive, timely, and efficient manner.
To succeed, you will need
Qualification & Experience Requirements
Graduate in any discipline with a master’s degree or diploma in Business Administration and / or Project Management (or equivalent through solid work experience).
3–4 years of experience in a similar domain and role.
Proficient in project management tools, MS Office, and other relevant software; familiarity with Zoho is a plus.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Good presentation skills.
