Personal Asst for CXO - For a Large Manufacturing Group
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain the calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements .
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Communication Management
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications.Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and clients on behalf of the CXODraft responses and follow-ups as required.Meeting Coordination
Organize meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up actions.Coordinate logistics for board meetings, leadership reviews, and strategic sessions.Travel & Logistics
Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and visas.Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and handle any changes or issues.Project Assistance
Support the CXO in strategic initiatives and special projects.Conduct research and compile data for decision-making.Office Management
Maintain filing systems and ensure office supplies are stocked.Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).15+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior leadership.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.Ability to work independently and handle pressure.Preferred Attributes :
