We are hiring a powerful, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to the founder of a rapidly growing high-ticket coaching business. Our mission is to help coaches, consultants, and marketing agencies acquire premium international clients using LinkedIn, AI, and organic systems.
This is not your typical assistant role. You will act as the founder's right hand , voice , and execution partner — managing tasks, coordinating teams, organizing data, and making sure NOTHING slips through the cracks.
Your Mission :
To remove unproductive tasks from the founder’s day, take ownership of daily operations , and ensure follow-through and accountability across vendors, teams, and systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle all follow-ups with team members, vendors, and clients on behalf of the founder
- Assign daily tasks to the team and update the central tracking sheet by end of day
- Attend internal calls on behalf of the founder , take notes, and follow up
- Call and coordinate with leads / prospects (from shared call lists) as needed
- Manage the founder’s calendar, inbox, and WhatsApp tasks
- Build and update MIS dashboards, trackers, and performance sheets
- Collect, format, and organize ad campaign and funnel data from Meta, Google, and CRM tools
- Prepare and maintain daily / weekly / monthly reports
- Coordinate all personal tasks for the founder (bookings, deliveries, errands)
- Ensure execution across all functions (marketing, operations, finance, support) by being the single point of follow-up
- Take charge of Google research, documentation, and SOP creation when required
