Senior Associate – Content Facilitation
Job Description :
The Senior Associate – Content Facilitator will be instrumental in supporting the design and delivery of engaging, creative, design thinking led experiences for clients. This role involves working on curating content, creating narratives, embedding creative writing and creative thinking skills to prepare for experiences. The role also involves breakout facilitation during workshops to gather insights and drive collaboration. The ideal candidate will apply creativity, content writing skills and visual thinking to develop assets that bring alive the content, drive engagement and aligns with client needs and objectives of the workshop. A key skill would be utilizing storytelling techniques to create impactful narratives. The Senior Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams to creative immersive, engaging and outcome driven workshops and experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Enable design-thinking led experiences with clients across the various associated activities
- Create work products including creative content that are high quality, embeds storytelling and is easy for participants to consume and interact with.
- Be adaptable and flexible to lead workstreams across designing activities, facilitating, content creation, conduct empathy led interviews and synthesise findings to meaningful insights. etc.
- Work closely with Experience Manager and project team to collaborate and contribute to the success and outcomes from experiences across multiple work products and roles.
- Conceptualize workshop themes, create preparation activities, manage and moderate the engagements.
- Lead stakeholder interviews, research analysis, persona creation, user needs, journey maps, and business requirements.
- Design and create visually compelling outputs from client sessions using various tools. Utilize scripting and storytelling techniques to craft engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Support in facilitating workshops and sessions to gather insights, encourage collaboration, and drive engagement among stakeholders.
- Be conversant and leverage AI to work faster and create engaging content.
Skills Required :
Understanding of design-thinking and other creative and collaborative methodologiesHigh level of adaptability, flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity and complexityAbility to articulate and communicate clearlyAbility to own and lead workstreams independentlyCollaborative working styleBusiness acumen to sense gaps and connect the dotsProficiency in using tools like excel, powerpoint, word etc.Creative content development skills, including scripting and storytelling.Familiarity with design ideas and tools, including elements like visual composition, visual storyboarding etc.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Experience Required : 4-5 years of experience in creative fields / consulting.
Experience in design thinking / session design and delivery / facilitation / innovation or related areas will be an added advantage.
An MBA / advanced degree is desirable
