Job description

Role

Key Responsibilities

Welfare Facility Management :

Finalizing vendors for welfare items such as uniforms, shoes, socks, t-shirts, jerkins, aprons, etc.

Negotiating prices and ensuring quality standards are met.

Measuring and distributing welfare items to employees as per requirements.

Security Management

Overseeing the security workforce and ensuring adherence to security protocols.

Managing the billing process for security services and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

Garden Management

Coordinating with vendors for garden maintenance activities.

Supervising garden services and ensuring the upkeep of the outdoor areas.

Managing the billing process for garden services and resolving any issues that may arise.

Event Celebrations

Handling the organization and execution of various corporate events and celebrations.

Coordinating event logistics, including venue booking, catering, and entertainment.

Ensuring smooth conduct of events such as Ayudha Pooja, Dasara Sports, etc.

Housekeeping Management

Supervising the housekeeping workforce and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the premises.

Managing the billing process for housekeeping services and ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Safety

Centralized EHS monitoring.

Transport

Managing Company as well as vendor provided transport.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Proven experience in administrative management roles, preferably in a corporate setting.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and manage budgets efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
