Oracle HCM integration Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain HCM Extracts for Payroll, Benefits, Core HR, Absence, and other HCM modules.
• Build and support integrations using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), HDL (HCM Data Loader), PBL (Payroll Batch Loader), REST / SOAP Web Services, and File-based Loaders.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Eligibility rules.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across HCM Extracts, HDL, OIC integrations, and reports.
• Create BI Publisher (BIP) Reports, OTBI dashboards, and HCM Data Models.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues related to integrations, HCM Extracts, HDL loads, OIC connectivity, and other technical components.
