Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and organized Cleaning Company Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high-quality cleaning services for our clients. The ideal candidate has experience in operations, staff management, and customer service within the cleaning or service industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and schedule cleaning staff.
Ensure all cleaning jobs meet company quality standards.
Handle client communications, complaints, and special requests.
Recruit, train, and evaluate employees.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Assist with budgeting, reporting, and operational improvements.
Requirements :
Proven experience in cleaning operations or facility management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
Flexible to work mornings, evenings, or weekends if needed.
Preferred :
Experience in a similar managerial role.
Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
