We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Admin to support our UK-based operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, communication management, scheduling, and coordination across teams. This is a remote role, requiring excellent time management and communication skills to align with UK working hours.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones
- Handle email correspondence, draft professional communications, and follow up on tasks
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
- Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and basic research tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Support HR, finance, or sales teams with routine administrative tasks
- Monitor task progress and send reminders to ensure timely completion
- Make calls to custmers / clients for followup.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative roleExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello)Ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyComfortable working in UK shift hoursHigh-speed internet and a quiet workspacePreferred Skills :
