Job Title - Application Support - Contract

We are looking for a passionate individual, having computer science / IT UG / PG background, having 4 - 10 years of work experience and expertise in ASP.NET Application support, Good SQL knowledge as SQL Database administrator. Contract position in Chennai / Mumbai.

Other Roles and Responsibilities

• Application support profile
• In-depth knowledge in SQL.
• Hands on in IT Helpdesk
• Proven experience troubleshooting security issues across various technologies
• Azure AD skills
• Customer-centric career experience and excellent Time management skills.
• Ability to work within customer focused team and Excellent communication skills
• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues through sharing best practices and direct resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and effective organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proven ability to quickly learn new technical domains and train others.
• Should be flexible to work in an operational environment and on-call schedule.
• Other general responsibilities as instructed by management.
