Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Manager to manage and grow relationships with our most valued clients in the tours and travel sector. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company and key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term account success. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients.
- Understand client-specific travel needs, preferences, and expectations to deliver personalized solutions.
Strategic Account Planning
Develop and implement account strategies aimed at revenue growth, increased client loyalty, and business profitability.Set and monitor objectives for each key account.Client Needs Analysis
Conduct regular assessments of client needs and propose tailored travel solutions aligned with their business objectives.Communication & Coordination
Serve as the single point of contact for all client communications.Collaborate with internal teams (operations, ticketing, holidays, visa etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.Issue Resolution
Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring prompt follow-up and client satisfaction.Upselling & Cross-Selling
Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services and packages to maximize account potential.Business Reviews & Reporting
Conduct periodic business reviews with clients.Analyze account performance and generate insight-driven reports for internal and client use.Negotiation & Contract Management
Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.Market & Competitor Analysis
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.Use insights to refine account strategies and stay ahead of market changes.Sales Target Achievement
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and account performance metrics.Key Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business, Travel & Tourism, or related field (MBA is a plus)8+ years of experience in sales / account management, preferably in the travel industryStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and negotiation capabilitiesStrategic thinker with a goal-driven mindsetStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesWell-organized with excellent time and multi-account management skillsSound knowledge of travel products, services, and destinationsWhat We Offer :
