MS Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant

Job descriptionTechnical Development : Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM. System Integration : Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and applications using various integration tools and techniques. Customization & Configuration : Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet specific business requirements. Technical Support : Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM applications. Performance Optimization : Optimize system performance and ensure scalability and reliability of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Data Migration : Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Technical Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials. Collaboration : Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions. Project Management : Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion of technical tasks.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 5-10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM technical development and support.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, .NET, SQL, and other relevant programming languages and tools.
- Integration Knowledge : Strong understanding of integration tools and techniques, including REST APIs, SOAP, and data migration tools.
- Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Communication : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications : Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM are a plus.
- Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment in Greater Noida, Hyderabad, or Bengaluru.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
- Proven track record of successful Dynamics 365 CRM technical implementations.
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation
