Responsibilities :
- System Assessment & Maintenance : Assess and maintain information technology systems, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 CRM .
- Technical Support : Provide comprehensive IT support in demanding environments, ensuring the efficient operation of company IT systems.
- Process Documentation : Document processes and procedures related to Dynamics 365 CRM and integrated IT systems.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor system performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and improvement within the Dynamics 365 CRM landscape.
- Technology Implementation : Implement the latest technological advancements and solutions relevant to Dynamics 365 CRM and related IT systems.
- Diagnostic & Troubleshooting : Perform thorough diagnostic tests and advanced troubleshooting to resolve complex issues within the Dynamics 365 CRM environment.
- Solution Design (for Architect role) : For an Architect, design robust, scalable, and secure solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM, aligning with business objectives.
- Technical Leadership (for Architect role) : For an Architect, provide technical leadership and guidance to development and implementation teams for Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
