Job Title : Senior CRM Consultant.

Location : Hyderabad or Bengaluru, India.

Years of Experience : 8+.

Job Type : Full-Time.

Were hiring a Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant.

If Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform are your comfort zone, wed like to meet you.

Were looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

Someone who can move fluidly from design and configuration to customization and delivery, while keeping both clients and code happy.

What youll be doing :

Partner with stakeholders to define and refine Dynamics 365 CE requirements.
Design, configure, and customize CE solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, JavaScript, and Plugins.
Develop workflows, business process flows, and automation to streamline operations.
Manage data migration and integrations with other enterprise systems.
Train and support users for smooth adoption.
Test, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance.
Participate in Agile rituals (stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives, backlog sessions).
Build and manage CI / CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
Collaborate on source control best practices and improve DevOps efficiency.
Maintain and enhance automated testing frameworks.
Ensure security, compliance, and governance across DevOps practices.

What were looking for :

8+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).

Proven track record in delivering 3+ end-to-end Dynamics 365 projects.

Strong expertise across Dynamics 365 CE modules.

Proficiency with the Power Platform and Dataverse (CDS).

Skilled in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Fetch XML, and SQL Server.

Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with third-party apps and APIs.

Comfortable working in agile environments with Azure DevOps for CI / CD and version control.

Familiarity with Git, YAML pipelines, PowerShell scripting, and automated deployments.

Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Bonus points if you bring :

Exposure to Copilot and omnichannel modules.

Experience with automated unit testing frameworks for Dynamics 365 solutions.

A knack for problem-solving that balances technical precision with business practicality.
