Role Overview :
A hands-on Operations Head responsible for driving execution, efficiency, and organizational alignment across all business functions. This role focuses on end-to-end operations, HR, administration, and program delivery - working closely with the Promoters to translate strategic intent into measurable on-ground outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Execution & Leadership Alignment
- Collaborate with Promoters to convert strategic plans into operational roadmaps.
- Ensure timely execution, follow-through, and accountability across departments.
- Drive cross-functional coordination and act as the internal "execution engine" of the organization.
2. Operations Management & Governance
Oversee day-to-day operations, delivery governance, and service standards across business units.Implement process discipline, SOPs, and performance dashboards for visibility and efficiency.3. Program & Delivery Oversight
Lead execution of ongoing client and internal projects.Ensure milestone tracking, team alignment, and adherence to budgets and timelines.4. Administration & General Management
Supervise administrative operations including facilities, procurement, and vendor management.Drive compliance, internal communication, and office infrastructure efficiency.5. Human Resources & People Operations
Partner with HR to oversee hiring, engagement, and performance management.Promote a culture of ownership, process discipline, and performance accountability.6. Finance & Cost Efficiency
Collaborate with finance on budgeting, expense control, and operational metrics.Support profitability through process optimization and cost governance.7. Client & Delivery Support
Ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction through process efficiency and team readiness.Manage internal escalations and ensure continuity in operations and service delivery.Ideal Profile :
15+ years in IT / FinTech / BFSI services organizations.Proven experience in operations, HR, administration, and delivery oversight.Strong promoter-alignment and execution mindset - thrives on driving outcomes, not strategy alone.Skilled in governance, cross-functional management, and building scalable operational systems.
