Operations Assistant to the Founder (3 Days Left)

Location : Ashok Nagar, Chennai

Timing : 9 AM – 5 : 30 PM (Work from Office)

Aarla is an art-based lifestyle brand born from one founder’s creative journey — blending art, tradition, and culture into products people love and connect with. In a world full of fleeting content, Aarla stands for soul, purpose, and craft.

I’m now looking for Employee No. 1 (because I don’t count ) — someone who can roll up their sleeves and help me run and grow the brand every day.

Your Role

You’ll work directly with me and :

✨ Manage vendors, customers, and orders.

✨ Handle day-to-day operations and coordination.

✨ Support marketing and storytelling initiatives.

✨ Man our stalls at events and pop-ups, meet customers, and represent Aarla in person.

✨ Learn how a product brand is imagined, built, and shipped — end-to-end.

What’s on Offer

• 6-month internship : ₹12,000 / month.
• Full-time role thereafter : ₹15,000 / month (reviewed as the brand grows).
• Work directly from our Ashok Nagar office — a simple, functional space where everything happens under one roof.
