Overview : We’re seeking a smart, resourceful professional who can help us identify and engage with decision-makers in targeted industries. This role involves a mix of online research, outbound email writing, light phone outreach, and appointment setting. Your goal is simple : find the right people at the right companies, and get them on a call with our VP of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities :
Research and identify target companies that use plastic trays in food packaging (e.g., grocery, produce, meals)
Find the most relevant decision-makers (e.g., sustainability, packaging, procurement)
Verify or uncover their contact info (email, phone, LinkedIn)
Reach out via email using sequences you help write and structure
Call companies when needed (if email outreach goes unanswered) to confirm contact info or speak briefly with gatekeepers
Customize and manage 3–5 email sequences with sample templates and variations
Track all outreach in a shared Google Sheet or CRM (zoho)
Book qualified meetings directly into our calendar with warm leads
What We’re Looking For :
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong research and lead generation skills using LinkedIn, Google, company websites, apollio.io, rocket reach, etc.
Professional phone manner and willingness to call U.S.-based companies
Experience writing outbound emails
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Results-driven and self-motivated — you own your outcomes
