Semantic - Finance Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Planning & Analysis : Develop long-term business plans, create budgets, and perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Reporting : Prepare and present financial reports, including P&L statements, division-wise analysis, and cost reports for management decision-making.
• Cost Management : Perform detailed cost analysis and calculation for all textile products to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
• Cash Flow Management : Monitor cash inflows and outflows, manage working capital, and ensure sufficient funds to meet financial obligations.
• Risk Management : Implement financial policies and procedures to manage financial risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Stakeholder Management : Mediate financial discussions between the organization, employees, shareholders, and investors.
• Audit & Compliance : Oversee internal and external audits, manage statutory and tax filings, and ensure compliance with financial laws and tax regulations.

Required Skills & A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or professional certifications like CA, CMA, or ACCA are highly beneficial.
