arena. Metamorphosis Edu partners with schools across India to train students in skills linked

Education Policy (NEP). While Metamorphosis Edu has so far focused on setting up
entrepreneurship cells in schools to teach its courses, as the B2B arm of BrightChamps, it
plans to introduce more skill-based learning courses.

What is this role about
The Cross Sell Relationship Manager is an enthusiastic, results-driven professional dedicated
to promoting and cross-selling academic subjects, particularly focusing on the integration of
Math with other key disciplines. This role emphasizes the importance of Math in enhancing
students&apos overall academic performance. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying cross-
disciplinary learning opportunities, helping students improve their academic outcomes by
combining Math with subjects such as Science, English, Social Studies, and more.
Key responsibilities and metrics include :
� Sales Strategy Development : Design and implement effective sales strategies aimed at
cross-selling Math alongside other academic subjects, highlighting how Math strengthens
understanding and performance across the curriculum.
� Lead Generation & Qualification : Identify and engage prospective clientsparents,
students, and educational institutionsshowcasing how Math complements and enhances
their academic journey.
� Consultative Selling : Educate customers on how Math contributes to a student's success
in other academic subjects by illustrating its application in problem-solving, logical
reasoning, and analysis.
� Sales Presentations & Demos : Deliver engaging presentations that highlight the
integration of Math with various academic disciplines, emphasizing its role as a key
subject.
� Customer Relationships : Build strong relationships with students, parents, and
educational institutions by offering tailored learning plans that combine Math with other
core subjects for academic success.
� Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with marketing and product development teams
to create campaigns and promotions that emphasize the synergy between Math and other
academic subjects.
� Performance Tracking : Monitor sales metrics, customer feedback, and conversion rates
to refine cross-selling strategies and optimize sales opportunities.
� Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Act as a liaison between the sales and academic
teams to ensure the successful integration of Math into broader academic curricula.
What will make you fit for the role
Pre-requisites :
� Academic Proficiency : Strong understanding of academic subjects and their
interconnections, with the ability to explain how Math integrates with and enhances other
subjects.
� Sales Acumen : Proven sales experience with a successful track record in education oracademic sales.
� Communication Skills : Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex
academic concepts clearly and demonstrating their relevance across various subjects.
� Customer-Centric Approach : Ability to identify and address client needs, offering
customized solutions that integrate Math into their overall academic goals.
� Adaptability : Capable of promoting Math alongside various academic subjects such as
Science, English, and Social Studies, adjusting to customer needs and preferences.
� CRM and Reporting Proficiency : Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
to manage customer interactions effectively.
� Team Collaboration : Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and
customer success teams to ensure the success of cross-sell initiatives.
� Analytical Thinking : Strong data analysis skills to track the success of cross-selling efforts
and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
Qualifications :
� Education : Bachelor's degree in education, Business, or a related field.
� Experience : 2-4 years of experience in a sales role, particularly within education or edtech
sectors.
� Knowledge Base : Strong knowledge of academic subjects beyond Math (Science,
English, Social Studies) and their connections.
� Presentation Skills : Strong presentation and negotiation skills are essential for engaging
with clients effectively.
� Self-Motivated : Results-oriented individual capable of working independently while driving
initiatives forward.
� Consultative Selling Experience : Experience in consultative or solution-based selling is a
plus.
