Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive with 3+ years of experience in lead generation and cold calling to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads , building relationships with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate leads and build sales opportunities.
- Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information, call notes, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets .
- Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation performance and conversion metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, tele-calling, or B2B / B2C sales.Proven experience in cold calling and handling objections effectively.Strong communication and negotiation skills .Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).Ability to research markets, generate leads, and maintain client relationships .Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field .Experience in a specific industry (IT, BFSI, Real Estate, FMCG, etc.) is a plus.Knowledge of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and pipeline management .
